The game had minor differences with the original Yoshi's Island, though was the first time it ever appeared on a handheld console. Along with the remake, it also features a remake of Mario Bros. It's much better than 2 and 4.Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 ( JP Japanese: Yosshī Airando Sūpā Mario Adobansu Surī) (also called Super Mario Advance 3, SMA3, or YISMA) is a Game Boy Advance remake of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, as well as the only reissue in the Yoshi's Island series. I think it is the best of the Super Mario Advance series so far. I don't know how to put it, but it's just a great game. I remember one saying "Come closer, if you want to get.toasted." Somehow, with the difficulty level, variety and everything else in the game: it emerges fun. One really weird thing is that the bosses say something right before you fight them. Every spoken word is clear and audible, instead of just the random sounds most games have. The sound is amazing for a Gameboy Advance game. Yes, they're very simple, but colorful and easy on the eyes. The graphics are at the top of their game. Each boss usually takes three hits to kill them. If you are not fighting that pink dinosaur (I forgot her name.) at the end of the level, you are probably fighting a boss. The boss fights are very challenging, and engagingly fun. The difference in landscapes and enemies do have their variation, and the game hardly gets old. You can also pick up vegetables and throw those too. However, you can throw them at other enemies. When you jump on enemies, you don't kill them. The game play is a bit different from most side-scrolling Mario games. (Nintendo Magazine lied!) The best character is probably Peach, because she can float if you hold A while in mid-air. In this situation, it's not only cliché, but untrue. It's been a cliché to say that the main character is the best. They each have different abilities and stats. It's a 2-D game with four different playable characters: Mario, Luigi, Peach and Toad. It was my first Gameboy Advance game, and I'm glad that I chose it. Super Mario Advance is the re-make some really old Mario game that was released on the previous consoles.
